A boy once gave me the keys to his apartment and then never showed up there again.

It was fine becuase I went there to hang out and watch cable and drink his beer.

Whatever dude.

Turns out he was on a crack bender and was found by his dad in the gutter a week later.

I guess it wasn’t meant to be.

I too hate the text message cop out, although I have used it once myself. But me and the bloke had never even spoken on the phone, so it would have been weird to call him. And we’d only been out about twice.

In fact, I’m pretty much immune to any electronic communication whilst dating – having been dumped by email TWICE, I do not reccommend it…

seriously, the title of this got me. because i feel the same way sometimes. or? i wish i could just turn one of my best girlfriends into a dude, so i could date them!

i so hate the text messaging cop out too. hate.

and yeah, i would think that browneyes would want to see you again (though im a little confused what he asked you to do…?), based on what you said. and on your history thus far. and on him asking if you want to have your PARENTS over for dinner!
